Thank you to everyone who was able to make it out today and help a great cause. There were over 100 athletes whose vitals were taken along with an EKG, ECHO, and cardiologist consultation all for free. Hope yall had a blast and that this was a great learning experience for your future profession or just a way to give back to the community.
Tech-or-Treat is a Halloween Carnival that provides a safe alternative to trick or treating, and is staffed by Texas Tech student organizations, sororities, fraternities, and campus departments. This is the second year in a row for the Tech Terry's top join in the fun!
My name is Lili Kelley and I love Texas Tech. I'm from Keller, Texas, love math, animals, and the outdoors, and can't wait to start again in the Fall.
I am working toward an Environmental Engineering Masters so I can make sure all our air and water is clean. At Texas Tech, I am Treasurer of Alpha Omega Epsilon, the girls engineering sorority. Also, I am a member of Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and, of course, I'm a Tech Terry Mentor!
I'll be living on campus in Murray this year and will always be happy to help anyone that is ever in need (even if that need is just to talk).
My name is Whitney Thoms, I am a 2014 freshman Tech Terry scholar! I am an accounting major in the Rawls College of Business and I am pursuing a masters degree.
I love TTU atheltics and I go to as many events as I can. I also work for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a student assistant telecounselor. I love our campus and the friendships and memories I made my freshman year. I wish nothing but the same for all of our incoming Terrys!
Hi, my name is Rachel Myers and I am a sophomore Finance major. I love the spirit of Texas Tech, the kind people who make a home here, and the countless opportunities it provides!
I am currently involved in President’s Select, Rawls Business Leadership Program, Women’s Leadership Institute, and the Christian sorority Sigma Phi Lambda. I love being apart of an amazing school where dreams are encouraged, football games are a main event, and everyone loves to yell “Raider Power” at the top of their lungs.
I am looking forward to continuing my career at Tech and am excited for what the next several years will bring! Welcome to the Terry family, we cannot wait to meet each of you!
